This 'Kona' style instrument features a round mahogany neck attached to the 'Weissenborn' style body at the 7th fret. Available with an 'offset' or traditionally placed soundhole; fretted or unftretted (with inlayed wood fret markers). May be built for lap style or fretting/bottleneck slide playing. The featured instrument has a body of figured Hawiian koa; 7 fret mahogany neck with graphite support rods; soundhole with turquoise rosette; figured koa and maple binding; rosewood fingerboard with inlayed maple fret markers; rosewood bridge and bridge pins with pearl dots; and a high gloss lacquer finish.
