This design came about as a direct response
to folks asking for me to build a more traditionally designed
instrument. You asked for it, you got it. The 'New Tradition'
is my version of a standard dreadnaught. Features Indian rosewood
back and sides; sitka spruce top; scalloped top bracing; 14 fret
mahogany neck with adjustable truss rod; ebony fingerboard and
bridge; wood binding; Schaller tuners; and high gloss nitro-cellulose
finish. Yes, for the more adventurous I'd be happy to utilize
offset soundholes, monitor holes, and fancy bindings and purfling
if desired (herringbone featured). Please refer to the options
page.
