The 'Aurora'

This guitar is an 'exhibition grade' instrument that was specifically built to be featured at the 2011 Healdsburg Guitar Festival. The design is my 'Regent' (sloped shouldered dreadnought). This guitar features:
 Red spruce top (opaque black lacquer);
 Black ebony back and sides;
 Mahogany neck (opaque black lacquer) with two way adjustable truss rod;
 Ebony fingerboard (from 12"- 20" compound radius) and bridge;
 Ebony binding with turquoise colored purfling;
 Rosette of gem quality 'Opals'
 Cutaway;
 'Monitor' hole in the upper bought on bass side;
 Manzer style 'wedge' shaped body;
 Chrome Schaller tuners with ebony buttons;
 Hand rubbed high gloss nitro-cellulose lacquer finish.

This is most certainly a one of kind piece of 'playable art' and it can be purchased for $12,500

'La Mer' Harp Guitar

My newest harp guitar was premiered at the 2011 Harp Guitar Gathering which was held in Milford, CT this year and hosted by John Thomas. 'La Mer', features a thematic concept, the idea being that the curly figure will look like ripples in the water.  The lovely mermaid was done for me by Lori Hlavsa (ArtbyLori.com).  The instrument is available for purchase through Dream Guitars (www.dreamguitars.com)
