The Sage is my 'contemporary' design for nylon
strings. And yes, I will also build more 'traditional' designs
if desired. This bracing pattern features a modified Torres pattern,
with a flying buttress brace below the soundhole (see photo below).
This modification allows the outer tone bars to pass into the
upper bought, thus enhancing the transmission of vibrations into
the upper bought. The result, a more dynamic instrument.
